We work hard to ensure that the children have a good understanding of what bullying is and what to do if they are aware that bullying is happening. Bullying is regularly discussed in assembly and in class. We define bullying as: “Bullying means people doing nasty or unkind things to you on purpose, more than once, which it is difficult to stop” All children have a responsibility to tell someone if they know someone is being bullied. Senior Leaders meet regularly with staff to review behaviour and any potential bullying. When it becomes apparent that there is an incidence of bullying a rigorous process is initiated with all those involved, including parents. By being very honest and clear about bullying we believe we can keep any problems
that do arise to a minimum.
Please refer to our Anti-Bullying Policy and should you have any further questions, please contact the school.
